Bentley’s digital journey wasn’t living up to the modern luxury credentials it's known for. So IPG were tasked with creating a digital vision of how the future could look. Working with Hugo & Cat as part of the IPG-X Open Architecture, we created a potent design language that formed the basis of the new global web and mobile platforms.

To build this vision of digital in retail, we leveraged three unique lenses of insight; a global luxury retail safari, qualitative depth interviews and retailer workshops

Underpinned by these insights, we created a journey of the future. Moments where the Bentley brand and experience can be a beacon of luxury at the intersection of physical space, people, content and technology

We are now supporting a programme to build two concept stores for the end of 2024.
